Professional Services Contribution in Millions of Dollars

At TNCPE we offer our in-depth organizational assessments in the format of an awards program, but we’re so much more than that! Whether you’ve been in the quality improvement game for years, or you’re just dipping in a toe, we can set you on the path to success. We like to call this our Journey to Excellence – and yours starts here.
Every day, organizations face the choice between “good enough” and truly excellent leadership. In this short film, learn how Baldrige is more than a framework—it’s the story of people making a difference, building better systems, and achieving meaningful results across every sector. Whether you’re a CEO, manager, or team leader, you’ll see how Baldrige gives you the roadmap, assessment, and community to help you move from frustration to clarity and success.
Watch and discover why Baldrige is the story of excellence—and the story of us.
The first step is learning how you can use the Baldrige framework to focus your organization and engage your workforce to achieve results.
The Level 1 (Interest) Application walks you through the assessment process with a personal coach. And the Board of Examiners is an unparalleled professional challenge for employees looking to sharpen their competitive edge.
Level 2, 3 & 4 TNCPE applications are an effective way to look at your organization from a systems perspective - each level going more in-depth to engage employees and increase results.
Outside of the Awards program, TNCPE provides customizable training, coaching & facilitation workshops to meet you where you are in your excellence journey.
A TNCPE Excellence Award recognition honors high-performing organizations that continue to build upon their outstanding results. But it doesn’t stop there, because continuous improvement is just that, continuous.
We are not only in pursuit of the award, we are in pursuit of the culture.
– Dr. Joseph Webb, Nashville General Hospital –
It was the feedback reports from TNCPE that we then used to say “Well, what do we have to fix next?” It was pretty instrumental in taking a small business that was 18-months from being dissolved… and now it’s a thriving company.
– Chris Gray, Griffin Mechanical –
