Make the Most of All Your Moving Parts!

Spending 2010 developing a strategy for your organization’s future will give you the head-start you need to make the most of the ’10s.

As you develop a plan, consider all your moving parts: Leadership, customers, metrics, workforce, processes and results. This is a lot to think about, but there is a resource that can help you sort it all out: The Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence. TNCPE is an economic development nonprofit that provides performance improvement guidance and education to organizations of all types – for pennies on the dollar.

TNCPE offers in-depth, organizational assessments of all your moving parts using the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. TNCPE also delivers performance improvement education across the state.

TNCPE’s biggest educational event of the year will take place February 23-24, in Franklin.

We will host the Excellence in Tennessee Conference, assembling local and national experts and leaders from world-class organizations who offer training on best practices and organizational improvement tools. It’s a terrific launching point if your organization wants to learn more about quality techniques like Baldrige, LEAN, Balanced Scorecard and beyond.

TNCPE believes education, recognition of significant achievement and the sharing of winning strategies will help Tennessee businesses and organizations succeed and become more competitive on a national and international level.

What to expect

The 23rd will feature longer, hands-on workshops. On the 24th, take your pick of three concurrent sessions packed with informative and insightful presentations.

Keynote speakers from Baldrige and TNCPE Award-winning organizations will be sprinkled throughout the event.
