TNCPE’s vision is for all Tennessee organizations to be recognized for world-class performance. Your membership helps make this happen.

Since 1993, more than 1,000 organizations have used the TNCPE process and
2,000 examiners have received extensive free training in the Criteria for Performance Excellence. In total, well over half a million employees have been positively impacted by TNCPE, one of the premier state quality award programs in the U.S.

As part of our mission to lead organizations in the pursuit of performance excellence, we’ve developed a package of benefits to add value to our members’ commitment to TNCPE. Individual and organizational members are eligible for these benefits, which include:

Discounts on program fees, training and conferences,

Access to a speakers bureau that features experts on performance improvement tools and techniques,
Access to the Tennessee Excellence Forum, an online bulletin board where quality gurus share tools and ideas,
TNCPE Member Newsletter,

Organizational annual membership dues

Level	Donation	Recommended for organizations with
Gold*	$15,000	up to 5,000 employees
Silver*	$10,000	up to 2,500 employees
Bronze*	$ 5,000	up to 1,000 employees
Brass	$ 2,500	up to 500 employees
Copper	$ 1,000	up to 100 employees
Zinc	$ 500	fewer than 25 employees

* These levels may be recognized as Platinum by making a multi-year pledge totaling $25,000 or more.
